Wilks Score Calculator

Normalise your powerlifting total across bodyweight classes using the Original Wilks or the revised Wilks 2 (2020) coefficient — and compare strength fairly across athletes.

Uses the 1998 Wilks polynomial with a 500-point multiplier. The original IPF standard for over two decades.

Total = Squat + Bench Press + Deadlift (best attempts)

About the Original Wilks Score

The Wilks coefficient was developed by Robert Wilks of Powerlifting Australia to allow fair comparison across different bodyweight classes and sexes. It remained the official IPF standard for over 20 years.

Enter your total and bodyweight. The algorithm applies a 5th-degree polynomial correction so that lifters of different sizes can be compared on a single number.
